
We are pleased to be part of the Marienhöfe construction project, working on behalf of Hines to implement affordable housing in Berlin. CollignonArchitektur is planning to build 880 apartments, commercial, retail, restaurant and daycare facilities on the approx. 10-hectare site in Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg. A local heating network secures the heat supply through waste heat from a neighbouring data centre and two large heat pumps being utilised for this purpose. The construction project will be implemented by GOLDBECK with completion scheduled for mid-2028.

At the Schlichtallee project in Berlin-Lichtenberg, 158 new apartments are currently being built. The basement levels are largely completed, and construction of the upper floors using timber-frame methods is gaining momentum. We wish the project team continued success in carrying out this special project.

The Karlsgärten combine modern working practices with sustainable construction in the heart of Berlin. An office building is being constructed near Potsdamer Platz, with a focus on resource efficiency and reducing CO₂ emissions. The structure of the existing building will be retained and supplemented by a timber-hybrid construction. We look forward to working with CA Immo and all other project stakeholders.

We are happy to provide this service starting in HOAI service phase two as a cost estimate and continue further into phase three as a detailed cost calculation. Our continuously growing DSI cost database supports this process by providing up-to-date figures based on recent tender results. During phase eight, we place particular emphasis on transparency, thus enabling both ourselves and our clients to make essential decisions without delay and with complete information.
PRE-TENDER PREPARATION for us means clearly defining the required construction scope and the interfaces with other trades. Those with the necessary expertise from the outset, when preparing the bid documents, are better equipped to manage the highly complex processes on the construction site. Regardless of whether you are seeking a general contractor or prefer to award contracts in packages or separately, we are committed to addressing your business needs. We are able to support both approaches. We rely on 2D drawings from previous service phases or model-based evaluations to determine quantities and relevant information.
PARTICIPATION IN THE AWARDING PROCESS for us means working closely with the client to clarify the final technical aspects and prepare the contract award in a goal-oriented manner. During this phase we provide a consistent and comparable evaluation of the submitted bids. In all technical clarification discussions meetings our experienced team is happy to take the lead and ensures that all open questions are resolved efficiently. Finally, we present you with our recommendation for awarding the contract.
